Troubleshooting

Quick checks​

  • Make sure Photoshop was restarted after installation.
  • Make sure the panel is signed in with the same Discord account you use on grzy.tools.
  • Make sure Patreon is connected to that same Discord account.
  • Reopen the panel after changing login, Patreon, or Discord role state.

The plugin does not appear in Photoshop​

  1. Restart Photoshop.
  2. Check that the plugin installed successfully in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  3. Open the Photoshop Plugins menu and look for grzy.tools Preview.

The panel is blank​

Close and reopen the panel. If the issue continues, restart Photoshop and make sure your internet connection can reach grzy.tools.

Login does not finish​

Close the login window and try again from inside the panel. If you are already logged in on grzy.tools in another browser, reopen the Photoshop panel after login.

Gold features are still locked​

  1. Make sure the Discord account you used in the panel is the same one linked to Patreon.
  2. Refresh Patreon data from your grzy.tools account.
  3. Close and reopen the Photoshop panel.

YTD import fails​

Make sure the file is a valid GTA V .ytd file. If you see a Gold access error, check that your Patreon-linked Discord account is signed in inside the panel and that your tier is Gold Supporter or higher.

YTD export fails​

Make sure the active Photoshop document has valid pixel content and a usable document name. If you see a Gold access error, check that your Patreon-linked Discord account is signed in inside the panel. If the file is very large, try exporting a smaller texture first to confirm the workflow.
